Refund policy

Designer Lingerie Ltd. is an on-line outlet store and as such operates an exchange of goods policy only. However, if unable to supply a like-for-like exchange item, we will refund customers accordingly. To receive an exchange of goods, garments must be returned to Designer Lingerie Ltd. within 30 days of the original purchase date in original packaging with price tags attached. In the case of faulty goods, we will accept returns and reimburse customers for any postage costs incurred by them.

IMPORTANT. When returning items, customers must use a "signed for" postal service which includes adequate insurance coverage to the value of the item(s) being returned. If a non-signed for service is used and the item is subsequently lost., Designer Lingerie Ltd. shall not be held liable for any refund,
